Merstham Park School Trains 24 Wellbeing Ambassadors
Merstham Park School is proud to announce that 24 students from Years 7 to 10 have completed training to become our new Wellbeing Ambassadors.
Delivered by The Eikon Charity, the training programme empowers young leaders to promote and support wellbeing within their school community. Over the course of the interactive workshop, our students explored the “Five Ways to Wellbeing” framework, developed skills in listening and empathy, and discussed how they can make a positive difference to the culture of the school.
The newly trained ambassadors will now play an active role in promoting kindness, resilience and inclusion. They will support their peers, lead campaigns, and work alongside staff to ensure wellbeing remains a visible priority for everyone at Merstham Park. Each ambassador has also received an enamel “Ways of Wellbeing” badge to recognise their commitment and to help them be easily identified around school.
This initiative reflects our school’s values and our vision of creating a safe, supportive and aspirational environment where every student feels valued. We are excited to see our Wellbeing Ambassadors grow in confidence and leadership as they help strengthen the culture of care across our community.
