GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Crispin Blunt MP Visits MPS

Enrichment Morning 21 October 2022

Year 8 welcomed MP Crispin Blunt to our Enrichment Morning. The students had an opportunity to hear about Crispin’s career into politics and ask burning questions that were important to their community. Questions were asked about the financial crisis and energy prices, in particular whether the government should consider free school meals for all students in the future. Mr Blunt commented on the outstanding behaviour and engagement of our students.  It is clear to see that we have some budding politicians among us! 

Debate Club is on a Friday lunchtime for any students who would like to come along.
