GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

The MPS Community Outreach Group met with MP Claire Coutinho today to discuss their current campaign, "Get Creative for Climate Justice". As part of this initiative, they organised an art and literature competition on the theme of climate justice, which drew impressive submissions from many students. Selected pieces are now proudly displayed around the school, and some have been chosen to be submitted to Parliament for an exhibition attended by MPs for this coming January. They spoke passionately about the causes that are dear to them and MP Coutinho was very impressed with their passion.
