The scheduled date for the trip is Wednesday 4th November 2026.
Students need to arrive at school by 8:20am and meet in the Sports Hall, ready to depart at 8:40am.
We plan to be back at Merstham Park School by 3:30pm.
Dismissal will ONLY be from Merstham Park School unless there is a specific reason your child needs to be collected from Merstham Station.
Students are required to attend the trip in full school uniform with a waterproof coat. Students will also need to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.
If your child is entitled to a free school meal and requires a packed lunch for the trip, please inform me two weeks prior to the trip.
Normal school rules apply, including no fizzy drinks or nuts.
If your child requires any medication such as an asthma inhaler or EpiPen, they must carry this with them on the day; otherwise, they will not be able to attend the trip.
Please be advised that the use of mobile phones will not be allowed on this trip. Merstham Park School will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any mobile phones brought on the day. Please do not send your child with money, as there will not be an opportunity to spend it during the visit.
