This trip is designed to help students understand the purpose of a local council and how they operate. The visit will give them an insight into what it’s like to be part of a council as well as helping them develop the skills needed to make our own school council more effective.
Students are required to attend the trip in full school uniform and bring a waterproof coat. Students will also need to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle. If you are entitled to a free school meal and require a packed lunch for the trip please inform me two weeks prior to the trip. Normal school rules apply including no fizzy drinks or nuts.
